Sleep

I will prioritize 8 hours of quality sleep per night to support overall health.

Health Care

I will establish a healthcare calendar for regular check-ups with general practitioners, specialists, and any necessary follow-up appointments.

Personal Care

I will schedule regular appointments for personal grooming needs (e.g., dermatologist visits, and haircuts) to maintain my physical appearance and well-being.

Meditation

I will dedicate 10 minutes each morning to meditation for mental clarity and stress reduction.
